Success With the "S.A.V.E.R.S" Routine
How to create a morning and evening routine that will make you more productive, healthier, and centered. Start the day by following the plan laid out in the awesome book, "The Miracle Morning" by Hal Elrod.
What Hal has done is taken the 'best practices' developed over centuries of human consciousness development and condensed the 'best of the best; into a daily morning ritual.
Hal Elrod’s story is fascinating. After being declared dead from a car crash for 6 minutes and being told he’d never walk again, he miraculously healed, and after even more ups and downs developed this morning routine.
Hal calls it his Life "S.A.V.E.R.S." which stands for:
Silence: Meditate for 12 minutes.
Affirmations: Created one page of affirmations.
Visualizations: Visualize your average, perfect day from beginning to end.
Exercise: Such as yoga, tai chi, aerobic or strength exercising, walking and dancing to name a few.
Read: Read a personal development/motivational type of book.
Scribe: Write three things in your journal that you are grateful for and the most important tasks for that day.
